| Q: |
 |
How
does this meal assembly thing work? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
You
register for a meal assembly session and pay
for it online.
You come into the store at your registered time.
You assemble your meals with all the ingredients we provide. All you have to
do is measure and wrap. There is no cooking involved. You take your meals home
to your freezer. There is no shopping for ingredients, chopping ingredients or
mopping
up any spilled ingredients. We do it all that for you. |

 |
| Q: |
 |
How
can it take only 1 to 1-1/2 hours to assemble the meals? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
All
ingredients are ready for you to measure and/or ladle out.
You simply follow the easy directions provided at each
meal station. Since all the ingredients are already chopped
and/or packaged, you just assemble everything you need
for that meal and pack it to take home. Our staff is always
on hand for guidance if you need help. You’ll even
have time for a “cuppa” and a sampling from
our goodie table. Once you really get the hang of it you
will be in and out in no time. Remember you can always
take advantage of the Fairy
Godchef option. |

| Q: |
 |
What
is the Fairy Godchef option? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
Everyone,
including Cinderella, is looking for a fairy godmother.
Well, here at Mary Lee’s Meals we have the Fairy
Godchef who does all the assembling for you when
you don’t have the time. There is a nominal charge
for each meal for this service, but the Fairy
Godchef is happy to do it and it saves you bunches of time with
results being the same: good quality, tasty meals to
put in your freezer where dinner will be waiting for
you instead of the other way around. |

|
 |
 |
 |
| Q: |
 |
How
much will these meals cost me? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
Each
meal is priced separately. That’s because the price
of the ingredients is different in each meal. More expensive
meals require more expensive ingredients. See this month’s
meal options for prices. |

 |
| Q: |
 |
What’s
the difference between the Fairy Godchef and Take It!? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
The
Take It! Option
has a limited number of selections that thaw quickly
so you can take them home to cook and eat that evening.
They are not necessarily the same meals offered for assembly.
This option is for those who want to stop on his/her
way home to pick up dinner. If you give us a heads-up
by 1:00 PM, we will start the thawing process so you
can cook immediately once you get home. You could have
dinner on the table in as little as 30 minutes. |
 |
| |
|
The Fairy
Godchef, on the other hand, prepares a minimum of
six of the twelve meal choices for the month. You call
or go online to make your choices and they will be ready,
frozen and packed for you to take home to your freezer.
This option is perfect for those who are just too busy
to do the assembly themselves, but love the convenience
of having a freezer full of meals. |

| Q: |
 |
What
happens if I have to cancel my session? |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
We
understand there may be extenuating circumstances that
may cause you to postpone a registered session. If that
occurs, simply call us and we will reschedule a time within
ten (10) days of your scheduled session. If you cancel
a session less than 3 days prior to your scheduled session,
there will be no refund since Mary Lee’s Meals will
have already purchased and in some cases, prepped ingredients
for you. If you cancel a session more than 3 days prior
to your scheduled session, there will be a 25% restocking
fee. We will refund 75% of your total. |

 |
| Q: |
 |
How
do I transport… |
|
 |
| A: |
 |
We
require you to bring a large cooler for transport. In lieu
of a cooler, we suggest a laundry basket or we will provide
large bags. Optimum transport time from our freezer to
yours should not exceed 30 minutes to maintain food quality. |
